I was extremely skeptical since I knew nothing about them, but Ivan and Preston patiently allowed me to interrogate them, answering all of my questions and concerns. How do I know if I'm eligible for a new roof?

An inspection is the first step to knowing whether you're eligible for a new roof. Our team sends out one of our professional field representatives to inspect your roof, siding, doors, windows, and any other area impacted by previous storms. If our representative finds significant damage, they will proceed by filing an insurance claim.
What are the steps after I file an insurance claim?

After our representatives detect eligible damage on your roof, the next step is to contact your insurance company to report the damage and open a claim. The insurance company will then notify a Field adjuster to contact you to schedule a time to inspect your home. When the inspection with your insurance company is all set, it's important to let us know because we can work with the adjuster to get your claim approved.
What do I do after my claim gets approved?

If your insurance claim gets approved, you will receive an insurance estimate and initial payment check within two weeks. In most cases, the insurance company will withhold a portion of the money called depreciation, which is recoverable once repairs are completed. Your field representative will then meet with you to help you understand your options of materials and colors so you can select what you like. Once the homeowner has made their selections, production will typically be scheduled within two weeks.
What happens after my new roof is installed?

After the production is completed, we will send our invoices to you and your insurance company. The invoice will trigger the release of the depreciation, and once you receive the final check, the balance will be due. We strive to make it simple for you; therefore, Pure Construction will guide you through all the steps.
